WEEKS 5 & 6 - 09/04/11 - 09/17/11

The installation of storm drains and concrete piers was completed. These areas have been back filled and compacted. The installation of forms and rebar for the concrete stem walls has begun while plumbers continued working on roughing in plumbing lines. Termite control chemicals have been sprayed in preparation for the pouring of the concrete slab and the vapor barrier has been installed.

WEEKS 3 & 4 - 08/21/11 - 09/03/11

Materials have arrived and the installation of storm drains began with the trenching process for the pipe lines. Pipes were placed and assembled while concrete box drains were installed at various locations around the site. The back filling and compacting over these pipe lines is under- way. Drilling was done in preparation for the concrete piers and columns. The pouring of these concrete piers will follow shortly behind as the drilling proceeds around the site.
