WEEKS 23 & 24 - 01/08/12 - 01/21/12

The exterior walls of the building have been wrapped with Tyvek Home Wrap in preparation for the masonry work to proceed. We look forward to the arrival of the steeple which is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th. Temporary lighting has been extended throughout the interior and batt insulation has been installed in the cavities of the interior walls and ceilings. Gypsum board has arrived on site and will soon be applied to the walls and ceiling surfaces.

WEEKS 18 to 22 - 12/04/11 - 01/07/12

During the holiday season, framing was completed with the exception of only a few minor details. The plumbers have completed their penetrations in the roof and continued to work within. The electricians have hung the can light brackets and other electrical items. The roof was completed as penetration boots, tar paper and shingles have been installed. Progress has been made throughout the building in regards to running HVAC ducts and fire sprinkler lines in the mezzanine and attic spaces. Insulation has been placed in the walls and ceilings and is scheduled to be complete within the next few days. Drywalling will begin next week and we look forward to the arrival of the steeple in two weeks.
